Based on advanced machines and optimization process, LongVoyage has become the expert in the field of mold manufacturing. At present we mainly focus on foreign market. Our mold components are all based on DME or HASCO standard. Most of mold bases and standard components are supplied by LKM. Many kinds of world-wide applied mould steels are used in Longvoyage, such as 738, 718, 718H, S136, S136H from ASSAB of Sweden, NAK80 from DAIDO of Japan and P20, 420.
Until now LongVoyage has achieved in building various type of molds, such as precise mould, hot-runner system mould, double-color mould, shuttle mould, big size mold, core -interchanged mold, etc. At the same time we are specialized in die-casting mould and stamping mould.
